Phil Braun has been studying & using Body Mind & Heart practices for many years. 

He was called to the path of exploring Spirit  when he first left home to attend college.  It wasn't academics that caught his interest but rather the study of Yoga & Zen as a first exposure of something greater than simply what we call our 'physical' world. Very much a scientist his explorations always relied on direct experience to verify or give credibility to what was learned or perceived

Because of this the Body became the most tangible form of what could be studied. This led to deep interest in martial arts & health sciences always from a holistic point of view.

Eventually Qigong became the deepest & most easily applicable to all the rest of the explorations.
